Announcing Gazebos’ Die Alone; hear first single “I Don’t Wanna Be Here”

Earlier today, Impose Magazine broke news of Hardly Art’s first release of 2016: Die Alone, the debut record from Seattle group Gazebos. “I Don’t Wanna Be Here,” which you can stream or download here, provides an introduction to the band’s eclectic sound and outsider pop mentality. Die Alone will be released on CD, LP, and digital formats Friday, February 19th, 2016. Both CDs and LPs will feature gold foil covers, and the first run of LPs will be on limited colored vinyl. Chastity Belt announce West Coast tour, Euro dates with Death Cab for Cutie

Seattle band Chastity Belt have a busy autumn ahead of them. Today, the band shares news of an eight-date West Coast run that kicks off on September 15th in Portland. In October, the acclaimed four-piece heads overseas for their first-ever UK and European dates (including the All Years Leaving, Primavera, London Calling, and Iceland Airwaves festivals), followed by an eleven-show tour opening for Death Cab for Cutie in the UK and mainland Europe. Fresh off releasing her much-lauded new album I Want to Grow Up, pop-punk singer/songwriter Colleen Green is hitting the road with fellow Los Angelenos Upset. This ambitious spate of shows sees the bands carving a path through the American South, East Coast, and Midwest before touring down the West Coast on their way home to the City of Angels. Earlier today, Gorilla vs. Bear premiered the woozy new music video for Chastity Belt’s acclaimed new single “Time to Go Home.” The band’s highly-anticipated album of the same name comes out on March 24th. Today also brings news of the band’s summer tour dates with Australian singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett (full routing on the tour page). You can preorder your copy of Time to Go Home in the shop or (new thing!) via Bandcamp. All formats available for preorder, and the first run of LPs will be pressed on limited clear wax. Oooh la la.
