Today, Wednesday, April 23rd, youbet is sharing the new, entomological official video for “Vacancy,” directed by Shane Roberts. The new offering is from Way To Be, out May 10th worldwide on Hardly Art.
The 12-track effort features the aforementioned “Vacancy,” along with “Carsick”, “Seeds of Evil,” “Nurture,” and “Peel.” All songs on Way To Be were written and produced by Nick Llobet, mixed by Adam Brisbin, and mastered by Amar Lal at Macro Sound.
youbet is also announcing new headlining tour dates in support of Way To Be that begin Sunday, June 23rd in Ridgewood, NY at TV Eye and run through Friday, July 19th in Pittsburgh, PA at The Government Center. The tour dates, which will include stops in Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh, will feature support from Crosslegged and Iceblink (June 23rd) and include a co-headline run with Truth Club (July 13th-July 19th). Tickets for these shows go on sale Friday, April 26th at 10 am (local). Additional live dates will be announced soon.
