Happy Valentine's Day, one and all! In honor of the occasion, comedian and musician Whitmer Thomas has shared "Dumb In Love," the second pre-release single from his forthcoming debut album Songs from The Golden One, out Friday, February 21st on digital and Friday, April 3rd on CD and LP. Songs from The Golden One includes studio versions of songs featured in his upcoming HBO COMEDY® special “Whitmer Thomas: The Golden One,” which premieres Saturday, Feb. 22nd at 10:00-11:05 p.m. ET/PT, exclusively on HBO.
First pressings of the record will be available on CD and "Golden One yellow" vinyl and are available for pre-order now.
Songs from The Golden One features two exclusive tracks (“The Codependent Enabler” and “Dancing With My Dad”) and was recorded in Los Angeles with production by Jona Bechtolt and Rob Kieswetter of electro-pop band YACHT. Whitmer was recently named one of the "Best New Up-and-coming Comedians to Watch" by Vulture and has previously appeared in GLOW, The Good Place, and more.
